Me Eva Derhy earned her law degree at Université de Montréal in 2009 (LL. B.) and was called to the Bar in 2010. She practiced law in a private firm before co-founding our firm in 2015. She practices mainly in business law, civil litigation, mediation, intellectual property, labor law, real estate law, administrative law, and tax law. She also accompanies entrepreneurs during their immigration process and socio-economic integration in Canada. Her goal is to advise and assist clients in all legal aspects of their business whether it’s at the start-up stage, implementation, growth, financing, acquisition, sale or transfer of a business.
Clients appreciate her for her listening, effectiveness, as well as the business strategies towards which she directs them. Me Derhy practices law in English and French but also speaks some Hebrew, Spanish and Portuguese.
